In winter, you can ski in and ski out onto the slopes right in front of the property. It's ideal as a base for sightseeing in the Niigata/Minamiuonuma area, as well as for longer stays such as workcations. Enjoy a more flexible stay to your heart's content.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
Q.Is there a parking lot?
A. Please bring one car per room. During busy periods, you may be asked to park in a separate location. Please confirm your parking location at check-in.
Q.Are there kitchen facilities in the rooms?
A. Each room is equipped with a kitchen with a stove, cooking utensils, microwave, rice cooker, tableware, etc. Condiments etc. are not provided, so please bring your own.
Q.Are there laundry facilities?
A. There is a washer/dryer or washing machine in the room. You can also use the shared laundry room.
Q.Is there a large public bath?
A. In addition to the large public bath with an open-air bath, we also have a sauna and a jet bath. Please take some time to relax your mind and body during your stay.

A. During the winter season, the facility is directly connected to the Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort (Hatsukaishiguchi) slopes. Please enjoy ski-in and ski-out to your heart's content.

A. During the winter season, we offer rentals of various winter gear at shops within the ski resort and other facilities.
Q.Are there any shops or convenience stores nearby?
A. The on-site shop stocks daily necessities, seasonings, local specialties, etc. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores within a 10-minute drive.
