We post our rules and regulations for Ishiuchi Maruyama ski resorts and for their facilities, the map of areas managed by us and other information pertinent to your safety. Please adhere to these rules and regulations and use our facilities safely to prevent accidents. Be aware of hazards inherent to ski resorts and use your own caution to avoid them.
Also, use our lifts and ropeways safely in accordance with our Lift and Ropeway Rules and Regulations.

During the winter season, pets are not allowed inside the ski resort or directly managed facilities.

However, you may bring your pet on board as long as it is in a container with a lid that can fit the entire body, such as a cage, and does not pose a risk of harm or inconvenience to other customers. If you have any other unavoidable reasons, please consult with the ski resort in advance.

During the summer season, you can enjoy the summer area with your pet. Please read the following terms of use before using the facility and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

For guests with pets [Summer]

Our facility is not completely barrier-free. If you would like to park, please ask a member of staff and they will direct you to a parking space closest to the station.
The gondola can accommodate wheelchairs up to 80cm x 180cm in size, but the boarding and disembarking areas and the route to the observation terrace and cafe midway up the mountain are covered with packed snow, and there are no ramps for steps.
Gondola and lift tickets can be purchased at a special price by presenting your disability certificate at the ticket counter.

During the winter season, we offer a storage service for ski and snowboard luggage sent by courier. If you would like to use this service, please send it to the address below.

When you return home, we also accept cash-on-delivery shipping of your luggage. Please inquire at the Rental Counter in the Resort Center.
