Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort (The Veranda Ishiuchi Maruyama) is currently recruiting staff to help make the resort more exciting.
Ishiuchi Maruyama is a year-round resort that takes advantage of its vast grounds and outstanding views throughout the seasons, making it one of Niigata's leading ski resorts and tourist facilities.
If you love nature and outdoor activities, or are interested in working at a mountain resort, why not try working in a workplace surrounded by the great outdoors of Niigata?
There are jobs that involve working on the snow, as well as indoor positions such as in restaurants, selling tickets, and renting equipment, so you're sure to find a job that makes the most of your strengths.In addition, there is training for new employees, so people with no experience are also welcome.
We are also looking for short-term part-time workers, so if you are interested, please contact our staff.

Ishiuchi Maruyama offers a variety of positions, from jobs unique to ski resorts, such as gondola and lift passenger attendants and outdoor field work, to indoor work in the cafe, shop, rental and ticket sales.

3. Employee dormitory provided

The employee dormitory is located within walking distance (5-10 minutes) from the ski resort. All rooms are equipped with heating, futons, and other basic furniture, making it easy to start your new life.

Although the baths and kitchens are shared, meeting people in the same situation and living together is one of the joys of resort life.

There are supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance, and a free shuttle bus from the ski resort runs to the JR station every day, so you won't have any trouble living here even if you don't have a car.

4. Enjoy a fulfilling snow life on your days off

Ishiuchi Maruyama is open not only on holidays but also at night, so you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding even after work.

Employment period

Time

Approximately 8 hours between 7:00 and 21:00
*Priority given to those who wish to work long-term and can work on weekends and holidays

Days Off

1 to 2 days off per week

Job category

Lift/gondola attendants, restaurant hall staff, cooking assistants, rentals, field (snow) management, reservations, ticket/shop sales, ski instructors, parking lot management, cleaning staff, etc.

*Negotiable depending on job type and experience *Qualification allowance available for specialist positions
*If you wish to work year-round, there is a possibility of contract renewal.

Qualifications

Those aged 18 or over who can provide cheerful and energetic customer service
