At Rikka, a restaurant where you can enjoy the cuisine of the snow country, we will begin serving "Shokudo Misa's Miso Ramen," one of Niigata Prefecture's soul foods, under the supervision of Shokudo Misa.

Shokudo Misa's miso ramen is a hearty bowl that combines the sweetness of fragrantly stir-fried vegetables with a rich miso soup.
