Our ski resort manages safety in accordance with the "Snow Sports Safety Standards" established by the National Ski Resort Safety Council.
Please be sure to understand the following and abide by the separately established "Ski Resort Rules of Conduct" to avoid accidents.

1. 1. Please be aware of the following unique dangers at ski resorts and take care to avoid them.
   1. (1) Risks caused by weather such as snow, wind, and fog
   2. (2) Dangers caused by the terrain, such as cliffs and unevenness
   3. (3) Risks due to snow conditions, such as ice and avalanches
   4. (4) Risks posed by natural obstacles such as rocks and trees
   5. (5) Risks posed by artificial obstacles such as lift facilities, buildings, and snow vehicles.
   6. (6) Risk of collision with other skiers
   7. (7) Risk of personal failure
   8. (8) The nets and mats within the venue do not guarantee safety in the event of a collision.
2. 2. Please do not go outside the ski resort's managed areas. Even within managed areas, please do not go to areas that are not designated as courses.
3. 3. Please do not let children act independently without supervision by their parents.
4. 4. Our ski resort will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by ignoring or disregarding this "Notice" and "Rules of Conduct." Anyone who does not agree to the above will be refused entry to our ski resort.

1. 1. Do not harm or intimidate others.
2. 2. You must control your speed according to the terrain, weather, snow quality, skill level, physical condition, and crowding, and choose your skiing style so that you can stop at any time to avoid danger.
3. 3. Do not obstruct the skiing of the person in front of you.
4. 4. When overtaking someone, you must leave a sufficient gap between you and that person.
5. 5. When starting, joining, or crossing a slope, always look up to ensure safety.
6. 6. Do not sit down on the course. Avoid stopping in narrow places or places where you cannot see from above. If you fall, you must clear the course quickly.
7. 7. When climbing, walking or stopping, you must use the edge of the trail.
8. 8. Skis and snowboards must be equipped with flow stoppers.
9. 9. You must follow all notices, signs, and announcements posted on the grounds, and follow the instructions of ski patrols and ski resort staff.
10. 10. If you are involved in an accident, you must cooperate with rescue efforts and report the incident, and identify yourself whether you are involved or a witness.

Precautions when using a chair lift

Patrols inspect slopes and courses for safety, and make rounds and check the area during opening hours to ensure that all visitors can enjoy their time there safely and securely.

Please note that snowmobiles can only be used for emergency purposes, such as transporting injured or ill people.

Please note that we are unable to search for lost or forgotten items.

About the duties of patrol staff

In recent years, there is a wide variety of items available for enjoying snow sports.

At Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, only the items listed in the "List of Permitted Equipment" are permitted. Please note that other similar items are not permitted.

Items marked with a "Yes" in the list of ski equipment below can be used within the ski resort.

Other similar items may not be used unless they are suitable for gliding.

You cannot bring ski equipment into the Snow Garden. Those who purchase an admission ticket can rent items within the grounds.

During the winter season, pets are not permitted inside the ski resort or in facilities operated directly by the ski resort.

If you have an unavoidable reason, please consult with the ski resort in advance.

During the summer season, you can enjoy the summer area with your pet. Please read the following terms of use before using the facility and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
