How to Apply

Season passes can be purchased via: ① online application, ② registered mail with cash payment, or ③ on-site application .

DAY PASS applications are accepted online only, and the only way to pick up a pass is on-site (during the winter operating period shown above).

On-site applications can be made at the Central Gate Resort Center from July 18th (Sat) to November 8th (Sun) and from December 18th (Fri) to March 20nd (Sun) by cash, credit card, or electronic money payment.

• It may take some time to process applications on the day of use. For a smoother process, please apply online in advance.
• For on-site applications, please check the website in advance to see what is open on the day before coming.

How to receive your tickets

Season passes are usually collected on-site during the winter operating season.
*Excludes those who selected mail delivery service during early bird pre-sales, etc.

Please be aware that there may be a wait before we can hand over your order due to the congestion at the counter. Also, please be sure to bring a form of identification (such as a driver's license or passport) with you when you pick up your order, as we will need to verify it.

Regarding the use of season passes

The season passes described on this page are for use only by the registered purchaser.
Please read the following terms of service carefully and use the service fairly and equitably.

Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort Season Pass Terms of Use

Users (hereinafter "Customers") of season passes (hereinafter "Tickets") for Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort (hereinafter "This Ski Resort") issued by Alpina BI Co., Ltd. shall abide by the terms and conditions set forth below (hereinafter "These Terms of Use").

1. (Effectiveness of these Terms of Use)
These Terms of Use apply once you have submitted an application to use this voucher and we have accepted it. By applying, you agree to the contents of these Terms of Use.

2. (Cancellation of purchase, etc.)
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after purchase. However, if the use of the facility is significantly restricted for a large portion of the operating period, we may provide a refund or alternative measures (such as a discount voucher for the next season) to a reasonable extent. Details will be announced on our website, etc.

3. (Validity Period)
This ticket is valid from the start date to the end date of the ski resort's season. However, the start date, end date, and operating hours may change from the original schedule due to snowfall, snow conditions, slope conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. In the event that facility use is significantly restricted for most of the operating period, we may, as described in section 2, provide a refund or alternative measures (such as a discount coupon for the next season) within a reasonable scope.

4. (Prohibition of fraud prevention, etc.)
(1) This ticket is valid only for the person whose name is printed on it. It cannot be used by anyone other than the person who printed it.
(2) For identity verification purposes, you will register your facial photograph and name, and authentication will be performed via camera when passing through the gate. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.
(3) Transfer, resale, and lending of this ticket are prohibited.
If any of the actions described in (4) and (3) above, or any fraudulent use (such as alteration, forgery, or use by someone other than the person concerned), are confirmed, the functionality of this ticket will be suspended, and all discounts and other benefits applied to the lift ticket will be invalidated. Furthermore, this ticket must be returned to our company.
The transferors, sellers, and lessors in (5) and (3), as well as the unauthorized users in (4), shall jointly and severally pay the regular fee plus an amount equivalent to twice that amount. In calculating the said amount, any discounted fees already paid shall not be deducted or refunded.
If we determine that any of the actions in (6)(3) and (4) are particularly malicious, we may report them to the police or other relevant authorities.
If any of the actions in (7), (3), and (4) are confirmed, we may refuse the person(s) who committed the action to using the facilities of our ski resort for a certain period or indefinitely.
However, prior to taking such measures, we may provide an opportunity for explanation or justification as necessary.
(8) If an attendant (including patrol officers) requests to see this ticket, please present it promptly.

5. (Handling of this ticket)
This ticket is a precision electronic product containing an IC chip. It may malfunction due to bending, strong impact, high temperatures, magnetic or radio interference, etc. If the gate sensor stops detecting the ticket due to damage or malfunction, it cannot be used, so please handle it with care.
Please note that if damage or loss is confirmed to be due to reasons attributable to the user, a reissue fee of 2,000 yen will be charged. In the case of initial defects or other reasons attributable to our company, we will reissue it free of charge.

6. (Loss, etc.)
If you do not have this ticket, you will not be able to ride the lifts or gondolas. Please purchase a ticket at the on-site ticket office on the day of your visit. If you lose this ticket, please contact the Ishiuchi Maruyama Resort Center (025-788-0707) or the ski resort office (025-783-2222) immediately. We will verify the information on the ticket and your identity, and then suspend its function and reissue it. Please note that if the loss or damage is due to reasons attributable to the user, a reissue fee of 2,000 yen will be charged. If the loss or damage is due to initial defects or other reasons attributable to our company, we will reissue it free of charge.

7. (Accident)
When using this ski resort, please comply with the separately stipulated "Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort Facility Use Terms and Conditions" and use the facilities safely to avoid accidents.
If there is a serious violation of the ski resort's terms and conditions of use, and a reasonable causal relationship is found between the violation and the accident, and there is no intent or negligence on our part, we will not be liable for damages related to the accident.

8. (Changes to service content)
If this ski resort changes or discontinues any service content or specifications, it will post a notice on its website at least one month prior to such change or discontinuation, stating the change, the revised service content or specifications, and the effective date. However, this does not apply in cases of urgent and unavoidable circumstances.

9. (Privacy Policy)
The personal information you provide when applying will be managed appropriately and strictly in accordance with the Alpina Resorts privacy policy (https://www.alpinaresorts.com/company/policy.html) on which this ski resort adheres. This ski resort will not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, we may provide personal information to our business partners to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In addition, we will not respond to inquiries or requests regarding contract details from anyone other than the contract holder. However, in cases where there is a legitimate reason, such as a request from an agent based on law, we will respond according to the prescribed procedures.
