A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Dedicated parking is available for guests (one vehicle per reserved unit). Please park in the underground lot and then present your parking ticket at check-in.
Q: Are the rooms equipped with kitchen facilities?
A: Each room is equipped with a kitchen including a stove, cooking utensils, microwave, rice cooker, and tableware. Seasonings are not provided, so please bring your own.
Q: Are laundry facilities available?
A: Each room is equipped with a washer-dryer or a washing machine. A shared laundry room is also available.
Q: Is there a large public bath?
A: In addition to a large public bath with an open-air area, a sauna and jet bath are also available. Enjoy a relaxing moment to unwind both body and mind during your stay.

A: During the winter season, the property is directly connected to the slopes of the Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort (Hatsukaishi Entrance). Enjoy full ski-in, ski-out access.

A: During the winter season, you can rent a variety of ski and snowboard equipment at shops located both within the ski resort and on the property.
Q: Are there any shops or convenience stores nearby?
A: The on-site shop sells daily necessities, seasonings and local specialties. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores located about a 10-minute drive away.
